Im going to take a look at a customer that want Call Accounting done on an R4 Merlin Legend. I have noticed alot of installers using Tapit. Is there any others out there that can compete with Tapit?
How easy is it going to be for an onsite admin to make changes and administer the call accounting system? Im pretty much wanting to install it and leave it alone for years if possible.

Tapit is a good product. Look at Verimark they are also very good for Legends.

I've never had a problem with TAPIT. Top notch product and easy to maintain.
