is there any kind of adjustments that can be made on an acs in regards to loop current or calling party disconnect. we just changed telco's and now we are getting dial tone and "please hangup" messages at the end of our vmails.

Is the new service provider giving you regular POTs lines or are they giving you a T1 circuit?

No there are no adjustments inside the ACS for loop current or calling party disconnect.
Call your service provider and tell them you need COD or disconnect supervision on your lines.

It's the lack of calling party disconnect. Nothing to do with loop current.
