What is the access code or procedure in operating a door strike using a wireless analog phone set on a partner acs rel 6.0 processor. The 18 button sets work fine(Programmed on a button) When the door phone is answered the customer is wanting to release the door strike with his wirless set (engenius)We are using Partner Extensions for programming with Partner Door Box

I believe it would be #41 or #42 depending on which contact you want.

"Press the green "talk" button, wait for the Avaya intercom tone (1 second), then
press "#41" for closure #1, or "#42" for closure #2. Press "end" to finish."

Just confirming that the above is correct.

Just thought of something Todd
The Eugenius Wireless is set up as an door phone extension. When the door phone is pressed, it rings the programmed extensions. The wireless is one of them. The wireless rings perfect and can hear the party from the door phone To activate the door strike, I dial #41 or #42 from the wireless right??

Yes, but you need to either hang up from the door phone call, or flash, to access Intercom dial tone before you can dial the code.

Why Eugenius set up as a Door phone extension? Port which hooked up to the door phone has to be programmed as a door phone. Eugenius has to be programmed as ringing extension only. To open the door after you answer it you have to obtain an ICM. dial tone by pressing Flash or Talk and dial #41 or #42 depends on door contact you programmed in the system.
