I have a Merlin Legend with 6.0 software that is in a call center. They recently switched co carriers and their lines were switched from ground start to loop start trunks. When I changed the line type my call groups appear to have changed. When a call rings in, it rings all phones instead of 1 agent at a time. All phones are in the same call group (30); how do I get the calls to ring in properly?

The delay announcements are working properly, and if all agents are on the phone the calls do go to the announcer.

do all those line show as appearance on the call center phone, then just take the ring off those phones so they will not answer before the calling group
when you change the line from GS to LS the system defaulted the lines to ring
