I have an IP Office with VMPro. One of the users cannot get voicemail messages recorded. When someone calls in it will not give them enough time to leave a message, it will just cut them off. Im sure that ts a timer if some sort. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Are you sure that extension has VM assigned to it? If so, see what the settings are in Phone Manager for that extension under the VM tap. Make sure it isn't set to disconnect.

The best recomendation is to recreate this mailbox. Rename the user or add an initial. New mailbox will be created. Good luck.

I agree, delete the user in the VM folder, then stop and restart services....see what happens then.
