we have a IP Office installed with a PRI. The users picks a line(DID) and hear dialtone - then they get dead air(they do not hear it ring at all). We have had the telco try and trap a call when this happens but we have been unable to reproduce problem with local telco or long distance provider while they are monitoring the calls.
These calls are happening also in inbound calls. I tried to call the site and it never rang on my end and I had dead air. We think it might be a bad DS1 card. Is there are way to troubleshoot that card to reproduce the issue or just have to swap out the card and see if it happens again.
We don't want to replace the card until we are sure the problem is with the card as it is not a cheap card to replace.
Any ideas would be helpful.

What release software? What Hardware?
If neweer software, are there errors on the T1 line in SSA?
