Hello,

We can't seem to get the RCF feature to work on a 4412 phone on my customers Magix 4.0, which is in "Key Mode". Trunk to Trunk Transfer, and, RCF has been enabled on the extension. Station to Station CF works fine, and, the RCF phone number
shows on the display and the CF button lights up.
Everything seems right, but the call won't call out. I have tried it with and without the "9".
Again, the System is in Key Mode; the book says it should work. Any thoughts?
Thanks and Best Regards,
Techroy, NJ.
