Newbie alert!!!!
How in the world do you enable the ability to dial 011 in this system? I have verified that the local telco and long distance telco have not blocked international calls.
I have also looked at the Allow List and the Disallow List and the 011 doesn't exist in this Disallowed and have added it to the Allowed list.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and I will provide all information that I can.

3 questions to start the ball rolling....
What type of telephone service do they have (POTS lines, ISDN or regular T1E&M)?
When you try to call 011, what happens (Telco recording, reorder or something else)?
Is the system set up in Key or PBX mode?

1. I believe they are POTS lines.
2. Telco recording "The number you dialed cannot be completed, please check the number and try again." I do know the number is correctly dialed.
3. No idea (any way to get this?)

If he customer needs to dial a "9" to grab an outside line, then that would indicate PBX.
If the service is POTs, can you re-create the trouble by using a butt set to place test calls at the demarc?

Then they are PBX, we have to dial a 9 to get an "outside line".

Are you sure there isn't some form of T1 service being used? Check the ARS tables to see how 011 calls are being routed.

I see nothing that would indicate a T-1 line.
Our Monthly contract states that we have a Merlin Legend Control Unit DS1 with CSU/DSU Package R6.1 24 ports.

Well turns out a card went bad on us, they replaced and fixed the international calling, by going around the blocking.
Thanks.
