At my desk which is ext. 10 each time a call comes into our office instead of caller ID I see "Forward From : 11" No one is assigned extension 11 it is in a filing room and there has not even been a phone plugged in there for years. The phone line is not activated. At all of the other extensions which number 12-19 everyone else's caller ID is working fine, the issue is only at ext. 10. How do I get rid of this?

Feature 11 11 11 From any system phone.
Is your Ext 10 set to ring on incoming calls?

Thanks will try this first thing when I get to the office. I am at home now it is 11:11 pm my time. Yes it is set to ring at Ext 10. It has worked fine until this week. I programmed a new greeting and must have hit something that I didn't realize is all I can figure may have happened. Let you know tomorrow if it works.

Changing your greeting wouldn't have caused this. If someone has a forward button, they could have hit Forward 11 10 or Forward 11 0. Barring that, I blame gremlins.

Or somebody has fat fingers. This happens all the time. Probably because the feature button is next to the 1.
