I have a customer with a magix that is dropping calls. The caller said after being xfered by the operator, she hears 2 rings then nothing. The system is running with no auto attendant on a PRI. I need some direction on where to start trouble shooting!

I would proably start with checking the error logs.

That's exactly where I would start myself.

I down loaded the error log and found 90% of them 7003's. The PRI service is a network hand off and to me not the best by far. This is the only customer that has this type of delivery on a PRI. Some of the other errors are 6c01 and 4c03. Is there anything more I can check on my end?

This sounds like you need to push this back on to the Pri service providers plate. Your not going to do much on the switch end of this.
