Hello all. I have a Legend R5 that I have recently added a 007MLM to. Everything works fine except that I cannot set up the delayed answer for the day menu (Night Menu works fine). I am attempting to use group 775 to overflow to 770 after 20 seconds, number based is set to 99. The only problem I seem to be having is that I cannot assign the incoming trunks or pool to calling group 775. I have verified that the lines are not assigned to any other calling group. Is there somewhere else that the lines could be assigned that is stopping me from assigning them to the calling group?

Do a print with your laptop and see if they are assigned anywhere else.

I was able to do some prints last night and was not able to find the lines associated to anything besides night service. This is the first time I've had a problem setting this up. One thing about this company though is that they have had numerous people maintain this Legend through the years and the programming looks to be a mess.

Make sure no lines assigned to ring on any other phones and take a look how many Operators you have assigned. its 4 by default I belive. Another things. Make sure the system in the Hybrid Mode not a Key.
