I added a new extension, gave it a mailbox, made it a record mailbox,recorded name and went to phone and recorded a greeting. When I dial the number after 11 rings another extension's mailbox answers the call. I can't recall when I used that extension in the past and why it is being redirected to another extension. Help! I can't remember how to cancel the redirect.

Did you add it to the Voice Mail Coverage Group (typically 30)?

The extension was already active with no mailbox. All I did was reinitialize the mailbox.
