I've been asked to change some options in the Auto Attendant of a Merlin Mail. I'm familiar with other systems, but have never accessed this system. The card says it is a "007 MLM" which I suspect is a later version the R3.
I have a user guide for the R3, but it looks like I need a "design, installation, use" manual, or (if it exists) a system administrators guide.
Any idea where I can get what I will need?

Avaya support is having issues responding right now, but FYI, you want to download the manual for Merlin Mail Release 3. You won't find the 007 listed. It is the same unit, except built into a card instead of an external unit patched into single line ports.
