my company just canceled 2 phone #'s. Now when we press 9 for a line then dial a number it is going to one of the two feature lines that we canceled. If we press 9 then 1+ phone number it will select a line and dial that number. So pressing 9 first is taking us to a disconected line. Is this something that can be programmed from the phone?

Yes, when you press 9, the system selects lines from the pools to make your call.

You need to remove the disconnected lines from the pools.

It is a bit involved, more than typical user programming.

pm me if you need detailed help.
