Customer wants to record all calls on a partner ACS and also be able to monitor the calls at the same time and if need be go in on call to be able to assist. Anyone know is there a unit that can be installed on the partner that can do this. I know Viking can with the service observing unit but it can only record one conversation at a time. I'm looking for one unit that can do both. Thanks Tony call

Well they can monitor by setting the sets to non private which is default, that way they can monitor at the same time , as far as a unit that will do both i have no idea but to google and search for one.

How about record a call feature. I believe you need messaging 7.

Depends. Does he want to record all calls on all lines automatically? Hope he has deep pockets. Google "call logging systems". If all he wants to do is selectively record certain calls and barge in you can do that with a Radio Shack recorder and a phone adapter. Leave the system at default for privacy (none).

Hal, all calls on all lines and not have the led flash on the line when he goes in on call

Look at Voicegate they did make a call logging system
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I think you should sit there with the people from the home and listen in and write down all calls on yellow pads.
