i have a call center that uses CRM and wants to intergrate with CRM. i am have ing a h*ll of a time getting answers from Avaya. has anyone done this? we are trying to get it working in office first. we have a IP 406 R5 and selling a 500 R6 with SIP phones. thank you

thank you, the problem is that we are using mscrm 4.0 and can not find documents for it. Is there anyone that can talk to one of my programmers about it?
