I have a Avaya / AT&T Partner phone system that wee are moving to a new office. Trying to search the web for easy to understand manuals for how to reprogram it. I am trying to find how to change the CO Trunk phone numbers on the system, and what else would I need to change on indivual phone setups.

Thanks.

Just search on whatever partner system you have. I found the ACS immediately.

If you're moving to a new office and not changing the number of lines or anything, just make sure the batteries are good and move it. You'll retain all programming.

Not trying to be a wise guy, but if you can't find the manual on the Avaya site how you going to understand the programming?

Unfortunately, the numbers will be changing. Was trying to get help here since I can't find any programming manual on their site or any free programming manuals.

What do you mean by numbers changing? The number of lines or the actual phone number.

Try either here or, as Skip mentioned, the link above.

I you would like you can give me a call and I'll see exactly what you need and what to do. If you just moving the system and putting in new lines in the same spots you have now there really isn't any programing to do my number is in my profile if you need to call.
