Hi guys....been a while since I worked on programming a Parnter ACS or Partner Mail VS but I have a customer that wants a call that is transferred to a group of 6 phones from the PMVS AA to end up in a group mailbox if not answered. I can't remember if this is an opiton or not...I seem to remember being able to do some things with "line ownership" and so-forth but it's kind of cloudy in the old noggin!
I have some manuals but seem to be spinning my wheels and don't have a system myself to test on...any help would be appreciated!
This is on a Partner ACS (R3.0 I think) and a PMVS R5

It's the VM that determines if a group can have a mailbox. VS mail, it is a NO.
However, you can do a loop around of a station and a CO, adding the station to the group and having a mailbox cover the CO port.
You can also misprogram the Transfer Return extension for the VM ports, which makes the transfer to the group return to the VM, then transfer to the Operator, then cover to the Operator's VM

Thanks for the reply TT Tommy! I'm going to go out to the site at the end of the week to see what works best for them. I don't do much programming these days (stick to sales!) but I'm the resident "expert" on the Partner because I worked for Lucent back in the 90's
