You can use an old mini receiver, the kind you'd see in a dorm room for example. Well the kind we saw in ours before 1000 watt portables became the rage. Plug the iPod into the AUX jack and plug the Partner into the right speaker jack. Set the Fader for right or just the speaker balance if that is all you have. It sounds pretty decent.

Why not use a digital announcer? ... they are less expensive than IPOD's and designed for MOH applications.

Thanks Everyone. To Address everything here, I appreciate the warning about licensing and will advise customer. I believe what they wanted to do was create Podcasts with music that was custom made for them and internal advertisements and such so no commercial music was planned but I will pass on the warning. THey do have a box that plays the same thing over and over and it is old and can't be updated and they are bored with what it plays. THey apparently already have an Ipod so it was not going to cost them.
