Is there any way to gain "headset control" on a Partner Plus with 18D phones? I'm using a M22 Plantronics base w/ an H41 Hset. Any way to stop off-hook selection?

You will need to program the ALS for the ext the headset is being used on through "system programing" in the Partner programing.

Since you have to lift the handset to operate that particular headset, one trick is to assign a non-existent line to the phone. Label it as "Hang-Up". Take the handset off the cradle and leave it off, press the Hang Up line between calls.
