OK...I've got a Partner system that a couple of extensions keep calling each other on their own. Had the customer power off system and it clears for a while. Anyway, one extension will call another and then it will call another and they get locked up. They are NOT on the same card so do you think this is a processor issue? Thanks!!

You may have an intermittent or swinging short on the voice pair of the extension that is doing the calling. Put it on a different station port to see if the problem follows, or change the cable/jack/line cord.

I've seen bad phones cause this, especially the ole MLS sets.

I've told the customer what to try but they haven't gotten back to me yet. I was trying to have them use different phones on the extensions that were having issues. We'll see.
