IP Offce release 4.2.4 System stops receiving incoming calls on the Pri. Able to continue outgoing calls. The client has to restart the system. Fist occurrance was 2 weeks ago. Now its happening consistently during the day. Going to head out there Monday. Any ideas on what it could be. I think it could be T1.

I don't know the IP Office, but sounds like the T-1 may be loosing sync.

Have you looked at the error logs or watched the system from the status program to see what exactly is happening to inbound and outbound calls?

I'd look carefully at Monitor and it should tell the story. Of course, you need to catch the system mis-behaving... Mike
