We have followed the directions in the manual but it isn't working.
Does anyone know the exact steps needed to take in order for programming a station/phone with headset buttons?
Phone is Avaya 4424d+ Headset is: Plantronics cs55

it does the blink and beep. But when we press the button that has been programmed it is blank. Then if we go through the programing screen to see what is on that button it says "headset"

I attempted to program the "status" button and having trouble with it even working (from what I can tell). Still working on finding the HangUp option. I feel as though the dated manual I have is missing a step or programing code
