I thought the GN Netcom (jabra) made a headset that covered both ears, but evidently it only covers one ear and the other just blocks out the noise. Does any one know of a headset where a technician in a factory could wear it and work on a machine with tech support? This would be in a factory area.

The system is to be an IPO Partner edition and I would put this on an ETR 18D...

I am not sure if this is in the right forum so Mods, please feel free to move this!!

Plantronics makes them in both wired and wireless. We use a lot of them on many differant systems and they seems to work well.

How about in a moderately noisy Factory area? I think I have a model PLN-8180201 by platronics...one thing I need to be sure of is that it covers both ears...I've never really been asked for such a thing before...
