Hello, New to the AVAYA IP. I have an Avaya IP office 500 with SIP trunks Im looking to spoof the caller ID numbers for our customer service department so that our 1 800 comes up instead of their DID. I have done this on sytems in the past. What am I missing on this one? If I change the SIP # calls drop. Thanks in advance!

Go into the SIP tab of the users you want to change caller ID for, and change it there....

Be aware that some carriers will not allow you to send out CID that is not coming IN on the circuit
