Wondering if I can use a page pac on different types of switches. Customer moving over to "Talk switch" with a 3.5mm PA output. Can't recall seeing a Pagepac on a non AT&T switch though. I believe their page pac is a rev 3. Thanks for your time.

Sure. Nothing particularly magic about PagePac - so long as new system has appropriate interface. Some versions required a contact closure - you may need to short those pins. Docs are still available online.
