I have a customer with 2 locations in 2 cities (Louisville & Lexington). I am putting in their second IPO tomorrow in Lexington (Louisville has been in and working for a few months now). After they are all connected on the network the customer wants to be able to answer calls going to the Lexington site in Louisville. I know I just need to add the members to the HG and they will ring. However the cutomer wants to know when the calls are coming from Lexington or Louisville so they can answer the phone with the proper city name. Does anyone have a way I can achieve this? Im thinking maybe making a certain button light up so they know its Lexington calls coming in, but im completly open to ideas. Both sites are running IPO500V2 with R7 software and 1416 phones. Thanks for the feedback.

Make a group on the Lexington system and call it "Louisville MAIN", and put the Louisville memebers as well as the lexington mambers in it. When a call rings in, the display will say what group the calls are ringing...
Do the same for the other system....
