First off, I am totally unfamiliar with phone system operations, setup, etc. in general, but am smart enough to figure out just about anything thrown at me. What I have is a controller, model #103R 100-240. The bar code label shows 700316474 103R1 R7 and s/n 061622610840.
I'd like to add an on hold message that I have saved as an mp3 or wav file. Is this possible with this system and what are the steps to making this happen?
TIA

Put the mp3 on a player and plug it into the RCA jack on The ACS

This is what we use on new moh installs. best one imo you can record any mp3 on your computer or have one made up, put it on the flash drive, and it puts it onto its internal memory and plays.
