I know the best training is to try to break it then repair. But as far a classroom training goes who is the best for Avaya IPO? The three options I have for formal training are Jenne, Catalyst, and Global Knowledge. Any opinions on these?

We went through Catalyst. You will get a good basic understanding from the boot camp course. It is a mile wide and an inch deep. We haven't gone through any advanced courses yet. As always, depends on your instructor.

I use an individual in Southern California that is absolutely, positively second to NONE.
If you need IPO training anywhere from the middle of California on down, please contact me and I'll put you in touch with Doug Westen. You WILL NOT be disappointed.
