If this is on just one keyset then you can check the correct button code on a keyset that works fine.
The procedure for checking a button on a display set is:
1. Keyset is idle or in use on a call.
2. Press the Function key and then dial # 3.
3. Press designated feature key you wish to view.

Once you have the correct code then you can program F64 by:
1. Keyset is idle or in use on a call.
2. Press the Function key and then dial # 3.
3. Press designated feature key to which to program feature.
4. Press soft key F3 below the word “chg.â€Â
5. Press soft key F2 below the word “feat.â€Â
6. Press the Function key and then enter the feature code number 64
7. Press soft key F2 below the word “save†to
save selection.
If the code a DIR number then:
1. Keyset is idle or in use on a call.
2. Press the Function key and then dial # 3.
3. Press the feature key you wish to program.
4. Press soft key F3 below the word “chg.â€Â
5. Press soft key F1 below the word “dir.â€Â
6. Enter the resource directory number. (430 et cetera)
7. Press soft key F2 below the word “save†to save the selection.
8. Receive confirmation tone.
