OP John Cascio Member Joined: Sep 2009 Posts: 10 Oakland, CA	Hi all. I'm sorry for the delay in updating this post. Turns out that the SMDR port on the new CallaMattic was bad. Once a replacement CallaMattic was sent, everything worked perfectly. TDS, interesting that my 3300 shows it is set at 9600, 8 N 2, but it is actually working at 8,N,1. Weird.
