I Have a Modular ICS with 5.0 XC software. There are a few strange things happening; occassionally when the receptionist (ext 200-port 0101) parks a caller the call is disconnected. I have tried a new phoneset at the receptionist location. I have changed the park timer and changed the park mode from lowest to cycle. None of these changes have worked. Also at the receptionist desk a phantom ring occurs intermittantly. It rings in on the intercom key and no one is ever there nor is there a display saying where the call is coming from. Any help would be appreciated.
