I only had best guess, and I need to get the right answer. 1. Is outpulsing DTMF? (My guess is yes, as that's how it's been for other PRI's I've done.) 2. Wink, Delay, or Immediate Start? (My guess is wink. That's what it's been for other PRI's I've done.) I don't remember seeing any place to change it. I'm assuming this is just how it is (which is fine with me).
