Just wondering how or why this works the way it does.
Call comes into Telrad system and AA answers-caller dials extension needed and the display loses CID info- just list voicemail. However if the caller opts out to operator the CID info comes across. So my question to you Telrad guys (DTMF/SS) is there a way to pass the CID to the phone when the extension is dialed from the AA?
