I have a customer that says they keep getting co lines to ring back after hanging up with a caller. They said it started after we installed the new system. I sent a tech out but he found no problem(not sure if he spent enough time there), but customer said it does not happen all the time but often enough. Any suggetions on programs we may have missed on the CTX100.
