There is a known issue in the software. The Stratagy should see the DND as a busy EXCEPT when system call forward is enabled. Check FB12 in Station Assignments (Prg.200). If system call forward is programmed, the VoiceMail will ignore the DND key. ------------------ fingerlakestelecom.net
