I have an Odyssey 128 key system purchased from Cortelco Kellogg Co. in 03/2000. We had a lightning strike 06/2003 and now we are unable to receive any voice mail messages! Cortelco no longer supports this system and hasn't been much help! They implied the problem is with the SMDR-E box. I found another web add. with a manual for an Atlas 128 system and it appears to be the same as my manual word-for-word! Is the SMDR-E unit the problem and would this unit work for me??? I appreciate any help!!! Thanks, Brian
