I am installing a Axxess system with 4.4 software. currently its setup with two POTS lines on a LSC card, and a 23 B channels on the PRI.

The Telco turn up the B channels this morning, incomming calls work no problem, but I can not place any outgoing calls on the PRI.

when I try to grab trunk group 9202, which is the one that has the B channels I get a busy signal.

The Telco, is telling me I am not passing them any digits to be dialed. here is a sample from the switch station logs froma test ran this afternoon..

the PRI is a NI2 on a DMS100 switch, passing 4 digits for the DNIS

I have checked to Make sure the stations are set for outgoing access on trunk 9202.

Something is telling me I am overlooking a minor detail in the programing but i have check everything i know to check. but i am limited in knowledge on the programming side of the axxess.. some areas that i am wondering about where i could have made a mistake, is the toll restriction feature? and ARS???
