We got one that CID will stop working only on the analog phones, system phones still show CID. Do a power cycle, and it will show CID to analog for about 10 to 12 hours before it stops again. Replaced processor thinking it may be screwy, but the new one does the same thing.
Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.
