Does anyone have the firmware to turn a 1616 into a Quick Edition phone? I have a customer that refuses to leave QE and finding 1616 phones is hard (and expensive).

I was able to find the ATA firmware on the Avaya website but not phone firmware.

Thanks for any help.

One-X Quick Edition never used 16xx series phones. I think the QE was discontinued before they were even released.
