Most of what mongo5150 said was dead on. I already most of them correct, but missed some before I called.
The other issues were with the "translation" of the B179 field names to the IPO field names.
B179 User = IPO extension number. B179 Auth Name = IPO User Name (not Full Name). B179 Auth Password = IPO extension login code (not User password).
