Anyone know how to change the incoming ringing on a Mitel SX2000 - right now callers hear a double ring and this isn't workign with some 2500 type sets. The set rings for internal calls but not external calls. Any help would be appreciated.

In field "ONS/OPS Internal Ring Cadence for External Callers", enter "enable(yes)" Success!
