Anyone know how to change the incoming ringing on a Mitel SX2000 - right now callers hear a double ring and this isn't workign with some 2500 type sets. The set rings for internal calls but not external calls. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi!
Change COS.
In field "ONS/OPS Internal Ring Cadence for External Callers", enter "enable(yes)"
Success!
