this is the first time work in mitel systems i have mitel sx50 system with softwear version (generic 35ex3-03-06) the consol is sx-50 phone system i dont know which the switch i press befor i dial the password if i dont know the password what can i do thank you for help

I would start w/ a set of manuals. They have step by step instructions on how to enter program mode. You need them anyway to understand the data entry process.

The SX-50's all program the same, so the manuals you have are good to get started. Tell me the steps you are doing to enter program mode & I'll see if I can help. Hint: dip switches on the MCC card control password access to programming. Don't change the wrong one or you could default the system.

</font> hold the down the status key with your left hand. with right hand dial 7772. lift both hands and dial 70
