My customer's SX2000L SYSTEM sc1000 console always reboots suddenly.
I have changed the sc1000 console, the wiring from sub-local to end user and also the DNI channel.the fault still existed.

Is the console programmed on the 1st card and 1st plid in the cabnet?
I have heard that on some systems with a busy console will have problems if it is not on the 1st card and 1st plid.
Also is the card full of display phones (ie 420,4025,4150)? There was a problem with the older DNICs not being able to power all the display phone and the console....
