My customer wants to be able to shut the guest(s) phone on and off like they can on an SX 20. Is this possible on the 50? If so, where do I program it and how? Please help it's my first one.

If it's set up in COS, you can press & hold the room status button, then enter room number, then enter '9999' to block or '0000' to unblock.

turn on room status for the station COS, register 3, bit i. Turn on attendent selectable RCS in CMD 3XX bit g (cmd and reg select the station). This allows the attendent to select the RCS applied to that station by pressing room status. If that is as clear as mud(seeing as I haven't even got to the ARS side) try the previous post method or my email is [email protected]
Never blame on malice, what can be adequately attributed to STUPIDITY!!
