How did the database error generate and how to clear it ? ( I had already changed the harddisk 2 month before)
DBMS info: DBMS CHECK completed. 01 database error(s) detected. 00 form(s) could not be accessed.

Database restore would do the trick. This will be service affecting, however. Check your e-docs or handbook for a procedure.
