Dear Sir / Madam,
I need a Technical help, my company at Libya use SX2000 Exchange with LW 34 software, we use E&M Trunks & CO Trunks, and we use super console 2000.
From Interconnect Restriction Table we restrict E&M Trunks to Call CO trunks and we didn't restrict CO to call E&M calls and we found this restrict ok for all stations which have COR allowed to make CO or E&M call. However, this restrict not ok for super console 2000, so haw we can restrict SC2000 to transfer any E&M calls to CO Trunks? In addition, why there is no redial key on superconsole2000 and how I can programme redial key in SC2000 soft keys. In addition, I would like to ask you that we have feather access code for cancel call forwarding follow me remotely but this feather not working why?

is your COR on the SC the same as your extns

I think you can turn on redial facilities in the consoles COS, and check your cor of the console as well.
