Has anyone had any success with any program? We were using Xiox and then tried to switch to Mitel MDR. Unfortunatly our system was too big for the standard version nad now they want us to go to the Enterprise version. They tried to get MDR running for over 2 years and it never worked properly. Anyone have better luck? We are running SX2000 with multiple PBX's sites.

Try Metropolis Call Accounting. Just google it. A fine program w/ lots of flexability. Download a free demo! Not the cheapest out there, but all my customers love it.

I downloaded the demo. Looks good. it does look expensive. we have over 2500 ext in our system so the full version would not be cheap. Have to see what the boss says. Thanks for the info.
