We are having issues with not being able to hear callers on both internal and external calls. We are currently using the Plantronics Polaris (P41-U10P) headsets. We were using the Plantronics Mirage (H41) with the M12 amplifiers with no problems. Anyone else having these issues? I am trying to eliminate all possible problem sources. We are running SX2000 Lite with Lightware 33.
I submitted this on the user group site, so we will see who can answer first

All of our SC1000 & SS700 attendants use the Mirage H41 . Have you contacted Plantronis help desk . Could just be an option or the receive level needs to be adjusted . Call their help desk . smile

Plantronics says the Mirage models are preferred. thing is we had one attendant use her Polaris with no problems. It was only after we switched the rest to Polaris that it started. And only on the ones we switched. Each console is on a different DNI card also. I will probable end up putting them back. It's not on every call and not on the same trunk all the time.

Well now we have the Mirage headset with the lower cable from the Polaris going directly into the console with no problems. It probably shouldn't work, as we have tried the same with the superset 4025 in the past with negative results. But as it is apparently working, and I haven't had any complaints...... Ok then. If their happy...I'm happy...
