Does anyone know the difference between a BCCII with the number 9109-017-001-SA and 9109-017-000-SA? I can't find much info anywhere on this card. I think I'm having problems with one in a SX200ML and my spare on the shelf (with the same Miltel Part #) looks alot different. The spare doesn't have as much components on it. The one in question is the 017-001-SA.

Probably using large scale integrated circuits. Twice the action in half the space.
Take a look at the 9109 021 000 T1 card for the digital/light systems. The most recent version has about 10 IC's and other components. Takes up less than 1/4 of the circuit board! The originals probably had 200+ IC's and other components and needed every square centimeter of that circuit board!
